We grow our Lion's Mane mushrooms with the sole purpose of delivering Fresh to our local markets & dry our excess for vaccuum seal or powder products. All of our products are small batch & made to order!
 
Our Lion's Mane fruiting bodies are harvested directly from the block & immediately dried  at 155F for maximum freshness.
 
This powder can be used in many ways. We suggest adding to soup bases or using it as a base itself. The flavor of Lion's Mane compliments Chicken dishes & easily blends in as a seafood compatible flavor. Unique to itself, it is quite difficult to compare to any other flavor. It may be added to Smoothies for a healthy, tasty boost. You can even add it to your coffee!
